  i called on feb 2018 to get a replacement remote control , according to customer service they had them in stock paid for the shipping and handling after waiting 7 to 10 businesses day nothing was delivered. i called again and was told that it was on backordered. this company is the worst didnt receive an email about the issue. i requested a refund and was told that it would take 30 to 90 days. will never do businesses with them again it sounds like this company specializes in stealing from customers. my advice dont buy from them. march 2018

  Believe the reviews people! WORST customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Took us 4 days of multiple calls just to get them to listen to our issue. In what customer service universe do you have to wait several day for someone to call you back to solve your issue!? They sent us a defective part on a TV stand. After waiting 4 days just for someone to hear us out, they are shipping the part in the slowest shipping option there is. Nothing like getting a new piece of furniture and having to wait 3+ weeks to put it together! No apology, no concern, no one cares!
