  Staff insisted that I had to pay a $20 activation fee for an international traveler SIM card offer that online said no activation fee required. Since I was in a rush and not sure that they were wrong, I unhappily paid and left. Contacted​ customer service, who verified that I shouldn't have been​ charged. When *they* contacted the store, the store was dragging their feet about refunding me. In the end, T-Mobile sent me a check.

  Ashley is awesome!! very helpful and informative. Actually goes above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the best use out of T-Mobile that you possibly can. Very understanding and doesn't mind going the extra mile even if she doesn't have to!!!!
