  I walked in the store today and there were quite a few people in the store I figured because he's a one man show that I would have to leave my phone I handed him the phone didn't ask price and waited for him while he helped customers with their questions just a few minutes when he came over to me he handed me my phone and the guy next to me phone fixed I paid and was on my way I normally don't write reviews but I hate seeing a bad review that's uncalled for this guy did a great job and was cheaper then I expected

  I stopped in here almost 3 weeks ago to get my phone repaired. Although very busy, the guy seemed very nice and took a few minutes to troubleshoot my phone. He determined what he thought was wrong with the phone. He said he didn't have the part in stock. He took my information and said he would call me when the part came in. A little over a week later, after not hearing from him, I called him and he said he forgot to order the part. He said his supplier should have it and he will order it and call me when the part comes in. A little over another week later I called again because I hadn't heard from him. He said he had the part in stock but he was to busy that day and asked me to come in the next day. I told him that I would be there at 11:00 AM when he opened and he said he would be there. I showed up a few minutes before 11:00. After waiting for 45 minutes, and no one showing up, I had to leave. Later I called him and asked what the issue was and he started getting VERY rude with me. He then told me that I couldn't repair my phone. Once he started getting mad at me he then said he could repair my phone, but quoted me a price that was 4 times what he originally quoted. We are now almost 3 weeks after my initial contact with him. When I explained to him that I would write a review based on what happened to me he told me that I cant write a bad review because he never did any service for me. That is EXACTLY why I am writing a bad review. The guy was nice in the beginning, but became incredibly rude. He told me to F*&K off and go to the repair place down the road. He told me that no one would believe my review anyway. I would STAY AWAY from this place. If he gets around to repairing your phone, the price may be different than what he quoted you to begin with!! BEWARE!!!
