  This place is awful. I've been there for 2 separate issues and both times left feeling screwed. This first was a family precious stone that we brought to get appraised. The lady doing the appraisal valued the stone at $500-600. We decided to get more opinions and it turns out the stone is worth upwards of $3000. The second time issue was with my Tag watch. I took my watch there because it stopped working. The watch smith "Tom", opened it up and said it needed a new movement. $75. No problem. Will be ready in 2 weeks. A month later, it still wasn't ready because he forgot to order the movement. No problem, I can deal with that. I finally get the watch back, and after showering that night, I notice moisture beneath the crystal. I take it back and Tom says, oh I cant guarantee it will be water proof/resistant after I open them up. Im a little taken back because I never would have had it repaired there if that was the case! He claims he can fix it with silicone. OK, have at it. I get the watch back after the "fix" and it leaks really badly. So I go back to Tom and he opens the watch up and looks around and says "Oh, I see some rust forming on the end of this pin and that wasn't there when I opened it before, looks like moisture has gotten in." (That sentence should tell you that this watch has never had moisture in it prior to him opening it.) Suddenly, his whole demeanor changes. He then proceeds to accuse me of lying about the watch, and he says "You're lying, this watch leaked before." I quote his previous sentence and he back peddles, claiming to have mis-spoken and then says I sound like a lawyer because I am quoting what he had just said! I will never go back to that store and I would highly highly recommend anyone with anything valuable, keep your distance.
